Members of the Trafalgar Golf Club are hereby advised that the Annual General Meeting of Members will be held at the Club Premises, Gibsons Road, Trafalgar at 7.00pm on Wednesday 24th November, 2021.
The following business will be considered at the annual general meeting:
- The annual report for the 2020/2021 financial year;
- The financial statements for the 2020/21 financial year;
- Election of Club Board Members into vacant positions;
- The appointment of Club Patron for the 2021/22 financial year;
- The appointment of the Club’s Golf West Gippsland Delegates for the 2021/22 financial year;
- The appointment of an auditor for the 2021/22 financial year; and
- General Business
A member may appoint another member as their proxy to vote on their behalf at the meeting. The voting/proxy form is to be submitted to the Secretary prior to 9am on Tuesday 23rd November, 2021.
